Justin Lee’s career began on Wall Street, where he developed a deep understanding of finance, operations, and strategic investment. Driven by a lifelong passion for hospitality, he transitioned into the world of wine, earning multiple prestigious certifications including Certified Sommelier of the Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Specialist of Wine, and Certified Sake Sommelier. His rapid ascent in the industry led to his appointment as the youngest Beverage Director at Atera, the acclaimed two-Michelin-star restaurant in New York City, where he honed a meticulous, design-driven approach to hospitality.
